Bangor Open Support Autism Services
August 7, 2014Bangor- The Autism Community Services Program has once again received donations from the Greater Bangor Open. On July 23rd, Heather Wheaton and Brooke Hamlin staked out the 6th tee, collecting donations for the Autism Activities Program. The golfers participating in the GBO’s Pro/Am were given a free sleeve of golf balls if they made a donation and landed on the green on their tee shot. In total, $333 was collected and will be used to fund the Parent Support Groups that occurs from October to May. The Penquis Autism Community Service Program is very grateful to the Greater Bangor Open and to Rob Jarvis, for their continued support.
