Penquis Welcomes New Chief Administrative OfficerJune 27, 2016
Penquis announces the recent hire of Field Glover as Chief Administrative Officer. Glover, a native of Cambridge, Massachusetts, has spent over twenty years as a nonprofit professional. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Development for the University of South Dakota Foundation. Heâ€™s held a variety of past positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director of Development, and Regional Director of Major Gifts. Glover began his nonprofit career at a local chapter of the National MS Society in Massachusetts and also served in the national office of the American Diabetes Association before transitioning to work in public higher education fundraising and administration.

As Chief Administrative Officer for Penquis, Glover oversees human resources, facilities, information services and resource development, and serves as the staff liaison to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. He is focused on ensuring the safety and maintenance of Penquis properties and facilities, competitive compensation packages, and a robust technological infrastructure that allows Penquis to efficiently and effectively serve the citizens of Maine. Field states, â€śI am thrilled to be the Chief Administrative Officer and believe I will have a positive impact at this great agency. I am very happy to be back in New England and have the opportunity to raise my family here as well.â€ť Glover lives in Bangor with his wife, Laura, and two children
