Electrical Utility Assistance assists income eligible households in managing electricity costs through special discounts or credits. Programs are funded by Bangor Hydro, Central Maine Power, Maine Public Service Company, Eastern Maine Electrical Cooperative and Fox Island Electric Cooperative, Inc.
