Penquis Dispute Resolution Center

The Penquis Dispute Resolution Center is dedicated to strengthening communities in eastern Maine by creating awareness of conflict resolution alternatives, educating and training community members to use conflict resolution skills, and providing mediation services.

Mediation is a means of solving problems with the help of individuals trained to listen and help facilitate reaching agreements that are fair to each party. Solutions are realistic, fair and decided on by the parties involved. Mediation is not therapy or counseling.
