Above Ground Oil Tanks



Above Ground Oil Tanks is a program that replaces above ground oil tanks that do not meet code. Individuals and families in Penobscot, Piscataquis and Knox Counties who are eligible for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) also qualify for this program.
