This project is powered by the groundbreaking work of the University of Maine’s Advanced Structures and Composites Center (ASCC), creating Maine’s first 3D-printed neighborhood, using renewable materials like wood fiber to build homes faster, more affordably, and more sustainably.![]()

In partnership with ASCC, MaineHousing, Penquis, and with support from KeyBank Foundation, NeighborWorks America, and federal funding, homes will be established in the Greater Bangor area for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.![]()
