PPenquis continues to grow and evolve in 2019.  We are launching an innovative program with a new approach to serving children and families who are in the care of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).  The program focuses on the strengths of families and the unique needs of children in order to promote successful reunification.

Our team will provide intensive home and community-based therapeutic skill building to parents, with a focus on empowerment, empathy, responsiveness and active parenting while maintaining child safety. 

We are looking for two clinically licensed Visit Coaching Supervisors (VCSs) and six bachelors level Visit Coaching Workers (VCWs) and an Office Coordinator. This team will work closely with DHHS to meet the needs of families. Employees will utilize on-the-job specialized training to ensure that families and children experience positive outcomes.

The Office Coordinator will provide traditional secretarial and administrative support to the team. The Office Coordinator is the lead person on the team in regards to computer operations and use of applications. The successful candidate will assist with coordinating intakes, scheduling and interacting with DHHS and families.  The Office Coordinator will help to promote the public image of the program and agency through their professional conduct.

The Office Coordinator must: have a high school diploma or associates degree; have three years’ previous experience working in an office setting; have reliable, insured transportation and have proof of automobile insurance.  To perform these duties, you must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.  Previous experience with DHHS is preferred.
