C-Team
The Penquis C-Team Program offers resource referrals, limited financial support for unmet needs, and short-term resource navigation for eligible individuals and families.
The C-Team Program offers resource referrals both within and outside of Penquis. The program provides limited financial support for items that other programs do not cover, as well as short-term resource navigation to help individuals and families with immediate needs.
Services Provided
- Resource referrals within Penquis programs.
- Referrals to community resources outside of Penquis.
- Limited financial support for unmet needs that are not covered by other programs.
- Short-term resource navigation for individuals and families with immediate needs.
Eligibility
The C-Team Program is generally available to individuals or families with income up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). This means that if your income is within double the federal poverty guidelines, you may qualify.
Eligibility and available support may depend on household circumstances, program guidelines, and available funding.
