Home Repair

The Home Repair program helps eligible households address critical repairs that affect health, safety, and habitability.

The Home Repair program provides funding for critical home repairs including work related to:

  • Well and septic systems
  • Plumbing
  • Heating and electrical systems
  • Roofs and chimneys
  • Minor foundation repairs
  • Windows and doors
  • Siding
  • Handicap accessibility
  • Other health and safety repairs

Income eligibility is at or below 80% of HUD’s Median Income Guidelines. Other eligibility criteria vary based on the funding source.
