Home Replacement
Home Replacement may help eligible households replace mobile or manufactured homes built in 1976 or earlier.
If Penquis determines that your mobile home, manufactured in 1976 or older, is in need of replacement, this program will try to help you arrange the financing package necessary to complete the project.
The result is a mobile home that will be less expensive to maintain and heat, easier to repair and expand, and more comfortable to live in. Penquis will manage the entire replacement project. The existing mobile home will be demolished as part of the project.
Are you eligible?
To be eligible to take part in this program, you must own your mobile home, manufactured in 1976 or older, and the land it resides on, meet the income eligibility, and have reasonable credit.
