Whole Families

Whole Families Services is a partnership built on what’s important to you. A coordinator works with you to set goals. Together, you and your coordinator work toward removing obstacles, connecting with resources, and receiving support and guidance to help reach your goals.

Whole Families Services may be for you if you have at least one child in the household who is under 18 and at least one adult looking to explore employment or education opportunities.

To learn more, call us today to see if you are financially eligible for this free program. You may automatically qualify if you receive TANF, SNAP, or have children in Head Start.

Services may include

• Connections to needed resources
• Building community connections
