The home repair program provides funding for critical home repairs including work related to:
- Well and septic systems
- Plumbing
- Heating and electrical systems
- Roofs and chimneys
- Minor foundation repairs
- Windows and doors
- Siding
- Handicap accessibility
- Other health and safety repairs
* Income Eligibility is at or below 80% of HUD’s Median Income Guidelines. Other eligibility criteria vary based on the funding source.
