• Drop off backpacks or school supplies at Penquis: 262 Harlow St., Bangor
• Join us for the Fill the Van event at Shaws in Dover Foxcroft on July 17, 2026.
• Join us for the Fill the Bus event at Walmart in Bangor on August 4, 2026

Make a Financial Contribution

• Donate online
• Text to Give: Text GIVEBACKPACKS to 44321
• Host a fundraiser – Organize your own event! Penquis can purchase school supplies at a discounted rate with the funds you raise

Engage Your Workplace or Community

• Hold a supply drive at your workplace, school, or church

Spread the Word

• Share our mission on your social media
• Use hashtags like #WGYB2026 or #GiveBackpacks to amplify the cause

Volunteer Your Time

• Help sort, pack, and distribute backpacks
