Our foreclosure counselor can work with you and your mortgage provider or local town to explore what foreclosure prevention options may be available to you. We also work closely with Hancock County in Ellsworth, Knox County in Rockland, and Penobscot County in Bangor to support foreclosure diversion and mediation efforts. This is a free service.
